OATS & PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKE OATS - 90 GRAMS EGG (WHOLE) - 1 EGG (WHITE) - 1 PEANUT BUTTER - 1 TBSP HONEY - 1 TBSP MILK - 1 TBSP SALT METHOD In a container, add oats ( powdered ) add 1 whole egg and 1 egg white add 1 or 2 tbsp peanut butter add 1 tbsp honey/stevia/sugarfree/sugar for some sweetness add 1 tbsp milk and pinch of salt mix the batter well into a thick consistency add more milk if the batter is too thick heat a pan and add 1 large spoonful of the batter, until brown in colour This recipe is high in protein, healthy and a great option for breakfast.
