AATE KA HALWA INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup Ghee - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/2 cup Water - 1 cup Cashew - as desired Cardamom powder - 1 pinch. METHOD: In a saucepan or kadai take 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Stir & boil till the sugar is completely dissolved. There is no need to get thread consistency sugar syrup. Keep this aside. In another kadai heat 1/2 cup ghee.  To it add in 1/2 cup wheat flour and mix well without forming any lumps. Roast on low to medium flame stirring continuously for 15 mins.  After 15, the mixture will starts to turn golden in colour and you will smell the aroma of roasted wheat flour. Continue to stir for 5 more minutes. This will ensure that the mixture does not burn. Now i.e after 20 minutes, the mixture will turn dark golden brown in colour which means that the wheat flour has cooked completely.  Pour the sugar syrup over wheat mixture stirring continuously. Be careful as the mixture splutters. Keep stirring
