EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER

INGREDIENTS: 1. Maida - 125 grams 2. Sugar - 80 grams 3. Cocoa Powder - 35 grams 4. Coffee Powder - 1 tsp 5. Salt - 1 pinch 6. Baking Powder - 1 tsp 7. Oil - 1/4th cup 8. Milk - 1/2 cup 9. Chocolate essence - 1/4th TSP Method: 1. Preheat the cooker for 10 mins, do not put cooker whistle or ruuber on the cooker lid, 2.  Combine all the dry ingredients together - maida, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee powder, baking powder and salt, 3. add wet ingredients - oil, milk, essence and combine well to make the cake batter, 4. once the batter is ready, grease the cake mould with oil/maida or parchment paper, 5. pour the cake batter and tap the mould to release air bubbles if any, 6. Place the mould inside the cooker, over the cooker plate or salt, 7. Bake the cake for 25/30 mins on medium flame, 8. after 25 mins, insert a knife in the center to check if the cake is fully baked, 9. if the knife comes out clean, it means the cake is baked, if the cake doesnt comes out cle

Cupcake recipe - eggless cupcake - eggless vanilla cupcake

Ingredients: 1. Maida/All purpose flour - 1 cup 2. Curd - 1/4th cup 3. Sugar - 1/2 cup, 4. Oil - 2 tbsp, 5. Salt - 1 pinch, 6. Baking powder - 1 tsp 7. Baking soda - 1 tsp 8. Vanilla essence - 2-3 drops 9. choco chips - optional 10. Milk - 3/4th cup Method: 1. In a bowl, add curd and sugar, mix until the sugar dissolves, 2. add milk, oil and vanilla essence & combine well together, 3. Sieve Maida and salt into the wet mixture 4. now, add baking powder and banking soda 5. mix the batter well together until the batter is well combined 6. add choco chips (Optional) 7. pour the batter in the cupcake liners until 3/4th portion is covered, 8. do not over fill the cupcake liner 9. bake the cupcake at 180 degree for 20 mins, 10. you can also bake this in cooker on medium flame for 15 to 20 mins. AATE KA HALWA INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup Ghee - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/2 cup Water - 1 cup Cashew - as desired Cardamom powder - 1 pinch. METHOD: In a saucepan or kadai take 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Stir & boil till the sugar is completely dissolved. There is no need to get thread consistency sugar syrup. Keep this aside. In another kadai heat 1/2 cup ghee.  To it add in 1/2 cup wheat flour and mix well without forming any lumps. Roast on low to medium flame stirring continuously for 15 mins.  After 15, the mixture will starts to turn golden in colour and you will smell the aroma of roasted wheat flour. Continue to stir for 5 more minutes. This will ensure that the mixture does not burn. Now i.e after 20 minutes, the mixture will turn dark golden brown in colour which means that the wheat flour has cooked completely.  Pour the sugar syrup over wheat mixture stirring continuously. Be careful as the mixture splutters. Keep stirring

Cococnut Barfi - Nariyal Vadi - Naralachi Vadi

Nariyal Vadi / Naralachi Vadi / Cococnut Barfi • Freshly grated  coconut – 3 cups  • Green cardamom – 5 to 6 • Sugar –1 & 1/2 cups • Pinch of salt • Clarified butter / ghee – 1 tsp Method: In a mixer, add freshly grated coconut and cardamom. Blend them to a fine mixture. 1. Heat a teaspoon full of ghee in a pan. Add fresh grated coconut & cardamom mixture. 2. Add sugar & mix.  3. Slowly cook this mixture in a very slow to medium flame till the sugar dissolves in the mixture.  4. Add a pinch of salt 7 mix. After about 10 to 15 minutes of cooking when the mixture is slightly getting solidified i.e. forming dough like consistency, the mixture is ready. 5. Pour this mixture in a parchment lined tray/  greased plate and spread evenly. 5. Keep aside and allow to cool for 1 to 2 hours. Cut them into desired shapes and Nariyal Vadi is ready to be served.

Rava Dosa - instant rava dosa recipe for breakfast

INGREDIENTS:  rava/रवा दोसा - 1 cup rice flour/चावल का आटा - 2 tbsp salt/नमक - 1/2 tsp green chilli/हरी मिर्च - 1 (as required) black pepper/काली मिर्च - pinch/as required ginger/अद्रक - 1 tsp chopped cumin/जीरा - 1 tsp cashew/काजू - as required water/पानी - 3 cups. METHOD: 1.   in a bowl, add 1 cup of rava & 2 tbsp of rice flour 2. add salt, green chilli, black pepper, ginger, cumin and cashew, 3. add 3 cups of water and mix well to make a batter, 4. for 1 cup of rava the water will be 3 cups, 5. heat the tawa and apply oil/ghee to grease the tawa, 6. once the tawa is heated, take spoonful of batter and pour it on the tawa, 7. remember - mix the batter well before pouring on the tawa so that the rava does not settles down in the bowl, 8. cook for 2/3 mins, 9. when the dosa is half cooked, sprinkle some oil/ghee. 10. when the dosa turns light brown in the centre the dosa is ready to serve.

Eggless Banana Walnut cake recipe

Ingredients: I) Dry ingredients: - All Purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup - Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional) - Salt - 2 pinch - Baking Powder – 1 tsp - Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp - Walnuts - 1/4 cup (chopped) II) Wet ingredients: - Brown sugar - 1/4 cup (if you don't have brown sugar, you can use white granulated sugar). - White granulated (powdered) sugar - 2 tbsp (add sugar as per you taste and considering the sweetness of the bananas) - Vegetable Oil - 1/4 cup - Yogurt - 1/4 cup - Vanilla Essence – 1/4 tsp (optional) - Banana (ripe) - 2 Method : -Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. -Line the cake mould/ baking tin with parchment /butter paper (or you can also grease & flour the baking tin). -In a bowl mix sugar, oil and yogurt till the sugar dissolves. -Then add the vanilla essence and mashed bananas and mix to combine. - Sieve the all-purpose flour (maida) and mix/ fold in gently with the wet mixture. -Now add the flour coated walnu

Ingredients we need to make soft and puffy wheat puri are: 1. Wheat flour - 1 cup, 2. Salt - 1/4th tsp 3. Water - 3/4th cup 4. Oil - 1 tbsp. Method to prepare dough: 1. Take 1 cup of wheat flour and 1/4th tsp salt, 2. combine the salt into the flour well, 3. now, add water into the flour as per required and knead the dough well, 4. once the dough is well kneaded, add oil into the dough and knead for another minute until well incorporated, 5. Now let the dough rest for a few mins (5/10 mins) 6, after 5/10 mins, take small portions of the dough and make puris, 7. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the puri, 8. Keep the flame on medium/high flame, 9. once the oil is hot enough, slowly put the puri into the oil to deep fry, 10. press the top of the puri to make it puffy, 11. Our soft and puffy puris are ready to serve,
