Ingredients :
Corn (boiled) - 100 grams
Paneer - 100 grams
Tomato - 3
Onion - 2
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Salt
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Cashew paste - 10 cashews
METHOD:
1. GRIND 100 GRAMS OF CORN IN A BLENDER INTO A THICK PASTE,
2. FOR MASALA :
- HEAT A PAN AND ADD 1 TBSP OIL
- ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINS UNTIL TRANSLUCENT IN COLOUR,
- ADD 2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINS OR UNTIL THE RAW SMELL FADES,
- ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND MIX WELL,
- ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE FOR 4-5 MINS, UNTIL SOFTEN,
- NOW, REMOVE THE MADE MASALA IN A SEPARATE PLATE AND LET IT COOL DOWN
- AFTER THE MASALA MIXTURE HAS COOLED DOWN, BLEND IT IN THE MIXTURE INTO A FINE PASTE
- HEAT A PAN ON MEDIUM FLAME AND ADD 1 TBSP OIL
- ADD THE MASALA PASTE & LET IT COOK FOR 4-5 MINS,
- ADD SALT, ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
- ADD CHILLI POWDER, GARAM MASALA POWDER, CUMIN POWDER & CORIANDER POWDER
- MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
- NOW, ADD CASHEW PASTE AND MIX
- NOW ADD BOILED CORN PASTE AND AGAIN SAUTE FOR 5 MINS
- ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER
- COVER WITH A LID AND LET IT COOK FOR 4-5 MINS
- FINALLY ADD PANEER CUBES, MIX WELL AND IT IS READY.
