DRY COCONUT & GARLIC CHUTNEY | CHUTNEY | - by AroundTheKitchen

INGREDIENTS: COCONUT/नारियल                                                            =      1 cup                          GARLIC POWDER/लसुन पाउडर                                      =       3 tbsp DRY MANGO POWDER/AMCHUR/आमचूर पाउडर      =       1/2 tsp RED CHILLI POWDER/लाल मिर्च पाउडर                        =        1 tsp SALT/नमक  METHOD: Grind dry coconut in the mixture now add, 3 tbsp garlic powder or whole garlic add 1/2 tsp amchur powder or according to your taste ass 1/2 tsp salt since amchur powder is also a little salty add 1 tsp chilli powder or more grind again in the mixer until well combined without water SERVE IT WITH DOSA/IDLI NOTE : IF YOU DONT HAVE GARLIC POWDER, DRY ROAST GARLIC & GRIND INTO POWDER अगर लसुन पाउडर नहीं है , लसुन को कड़ाई में सकें और पाउडर करे 

DOSA - METHI DOSA - MENTHYA DOSA - by AroundTheKitchen

INGREDIENTS: Meethi seeds        - 3 tsp Rice (raw)            - 4 cups Cooked rice         - 2 cups Salt . Method to make batter: soak METHI SEEDS and RICE (raw) for 4 hours in water. After 4 hours, grind soaked methi seeds, rice(raw) and cooked rice , separately,  into a thick paste. mix all the three paste together, cover the batter with a lid and place it in a warm place and let it ferment for about 8 to 10 hours . after 8 to 10 hours of fermentation, add 1 tsp SALT and mix the batter well. Batter is ready to use now. HEAT THE TAVA, POUR 1 LARGE SPOONFUL OF BATTER ON THE TAVA AND SPREAD THE BATTER INTO A CIRCULAR MOTION ONCE YOU SEE THE BUBBLES OVER THE DOSA, FLIP IT OVER THE BACK SIDE OF THE DOSA SHOULD HAVE GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR ON IT ONCE YOU SEE THAT,  OUR DOSA IS READY TO SERVE!

OVERNIGHT MANGO OATS

INGREDIENTS: OATS                                      - 70 GRAMS WATER                                   - 1 CUP CINNAMON POWDER        - 1/4th TSP ALMONDS                            - 4/5 MANGO PURE                      - 1/2 MANGO YOGURT                                - 1/2 CUP MANGO (CHOPPED)            - 1/2 MANGO METHOD: In a jar, add OATS add CINAMMON POWDER add water and mix well add some chooped ALMONDS layer the oats mixture with some mango pure now, layer yogurt over the mango pure finally top it with some chopped mango store this overnight in the fridge and enjoy this delicious and healthy mango oats in the morning!! OUR OVERNIGHT MANGO OATS ARE READY TO EAT!!!!

rava idli recipe, easy to make with only 3 ingredients, also known as suji idli. made from rava or suji or semolina. INGREDIENTS: BLACK GRAM/URAD DAL/उरद दाल     -   1 CUP SEMOLINA/RAVA/SUJI/रवा/सूजी             -   3 & 1/2 CUP SALT/नमक. METHOD: take 1 cup URAD DAL soak urad dal in water for 1 to 2 hrs blend urad dal with 1 cup water in a mixer into a fine paste consistency of urad dal should be thick Now, roast 3 and 1/2 cup  RAVA on a pan on medium flame for 2/3 mins after the rava is roadted, let the rava cool down after the rava is completely cooled down, transfer the rava in a container add water and wash rava with water once now, we will mix rava and urad dal paste together, until well combined washing rava with water will allow us to mix the rava and urad dal without any lumps, add 1 cup of water, the batter should be thick, once the batter is well combined, keep it aside to ferment let the batter ferment for 6/8 hours after 6/8 hrs of

INGREDIENTS MILK/दूध                                                  - 1/2 LTR WATER/पानी                                             - 1/2 CUP SUGAR/शकर                                           - 3-4 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER/कस्टर्ड पाउडर      - 2 TBSP FRUITS/फल                                             - ANY DRY FRUITS (ROASTED)/मेवे               - ANY METHOD warm 1/2 liter MILK on medium flame, add 1/2 cup WATER DO NOT BOIL THE MILK remove 3-4 tbsp milk separately take 2 tbsp CUSTARD POWDER in a bowl and add the separately removed milk to it and stir well to avoid any lumps do not add the custard powder directly into the hot pan of milk, otherwise you will end up having lumps in your pan,  add the custard mixture to the warm milk and stir continuously the consistency will thicken  add 3-4 tbsp SUGAR ( according to your sweetness) switch off the flame and let it cool down after the custard is cooled enough, add fruits and dry fruits or make

INGREDIENTS : MAIDA/मैदा                                                 - 3 TBSP COCOA POWDER/कोको पाउडर                - 2 TBSP SUGAR/शकर                                              - 2 TBSP BAKING POWDER/बेकिंग पाउडर              - 1/4th TSP VANILLA ESSENCE/वनीला एसेंस               - 1/4th TSP BUTTER/बटर                                               - 2 TBSP MILK/दूध                                                      - 2 TBSP CHOCO CHIPS/चॉकलेट METHOD: a ll you have to do is mix all the ingredients in a mug add, flour,sugar and cocoa powder and mix well then add baking powder and vanilla essence add butter and milk and stir well to avoid any lumps, mix some choco chips and sprinkle some on the top microwave the mug cake for 1:30 min on the highest mode. INGREDIENTS: RICE 1 & ½ CUP BANANA 2 COCONUT (optional) ½ cup SALT 1/2 CUP METHOD: RINSE/WASH/SOAK RICE IN WATER FOR 3/4 HRS OR OVER NIGHT REMOVE THE RICE FROM THE WATER IN A MIXER, GRIND THE SOAKED RICE, COCONUT & SALT, ADD 1/2 CUP WATER TO THE MIXER & GRIND INTO A PASTE ADD BANANAS AND GRIND IT INTO A FINE PASTE BATTER SHOULD BE THICK TRANSFER THE BATTER TO A CONTAINER ADD 2-3 TBSP WATER TO THE BATTER & MIX WELL PLACE THE BATTER ASIDE FOR FERMENTATION FOR 3/4 HOURS AFTER THE BATTER IS WELL FERMENTED  HEAT A PAN, POUR LARGE SPOONFUL OF BATTER ON THE PAN ONCE YOU SEE THE BUBBLES RISE, SPRINKLE OIL OVER THE DOSA AFTER A MIN, FLIP THE DOSA AND  LET IT COOK FOR ANOTHER 1 MIN ON THE PAN OUR DOSA IS READY TO SERVE
