OVERNIGHT MANGO OATS
INGREDIENTS:
- OATS - 70 GRAMS
- WATER - 1 CUP
- CINNAMON POWDER - 1/4th TSP
- ALMONDS - 4/5
- MANGO PURE - 1/2 MANGO
- YOGURT - 1/2 CUP
- MANGO (CHOPPED) - 1/2 MANGO
METHOD:
- In a jar, add OATS
- add CINAMMON POWDER
- add water and mix well
- add some chooped ALMONDS
- layer the oats mixture with some mango pure
- now, layer yogurt over the mango pure
- finally top it with some chopped mango
- store this overnight in the fridge and enjoy this delicious and healthy mango oats in the morning!!
