Crispy Cutlet / crispy veg cutlet - by AroundTheKitchen
INGREDIENTS:
paneer पनीर - 100 gr
potato बटाटा - 2 large bolied
green peas मटर - 100 grams
ginger garlic paste अद्रक लसुन पेस्ट - 2 tbsp
green chilli हरी मीर्च - 2
corn flour कॉर्न फ्लोर - 2tbsp
bread crumbs ब्रेड का चुरा - for coating
salt नमक
METHOD:
This is a very quick and delicious recipe to make. All you have to do is mix all the ingredients and deep fry it.
- In a bowl, add boiled and mashed POTATO,
- add, grated PANEER
- add boiled and mashed GREEN PEAS
- now for the masala
- add, GINGER GARLIC PASTE
- add GREEN CHILLIES
- mix all the ingredients well
- now for binding the mixture,
- add 2 tbsp CORN FLOUR/RICE FLOUR
- add SALT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
- COMBINE EVERYTHING WELL TOGETHER,
- shape them according to your desired shapes
- in the meanwhile, heat some OIL in a pan to deep fry
- coat the cutlet into some BREAD CRUMBS/RAVA/SEMOLINA for the outside crispy texture
- after the OIL is hot enough, fry the shaped cutlets until golden brown on both the sides,
