INGREDIENTS


  1. MILK/दूध                                                  - 1/2 LTR
  2. WATER/पानी                                             - 1/2 CUP
  3. SUGAR/शकर                                           - 3-4 TBSP
  4. CUSTARD POWDER/कस्टर्ड पाउडर      - 2 TBSP
  5. FRUITS/फल                                             - ANY
  6. DRY FRUITS (ROASTED)/मेवे               - ANY







METHOD
  1. warm 1/2 liter MILK on medium flame,
  2. add 1/2 cup WATER
  3. DO NOT BOIL THE MILK
  4. remove 3-4 tbsp milk separately
  5. take 2 tbsp CUSTARD POWDER in a bowl
  6. and add the separately removed milk to it
  7. and stir well to avoid any lumps
  8. do not add the custard powder directly into the hot pan of milk, otherwise you will end up having lumps in your pan, 
  9. add the custard mixture to the warm milk and stir continuously
  10. the consistency will thicken 
  11. add 3-4 tbsp SUGAR ( according to your sweetness)
  12. switch off the flame and let it cool down
  13. after the custard is cooled enough, add fruits and dry fruits
  14. or make a layer of custard, fruits & dry fruits
  15. SERVE CHILLED!
