INGREDIENTS
- MILK/दूध - 1/2 LTR
- WATER/पानी - 1/2 CUP
- SUGAR/शकर - 3-4 TBSP
- CUSTARD POWDER/कस्टर्ड पाउडर - 2 TBSP
- FRUITS/फल - ANY
- DRY FRUITS (ROASTED)/मेवे - ANY
METHOD
- warm 1/2 liter MILK on medium flame,
- add 1/2 cup WATER
- DO NOT BOIL THE MILK
- remove 3-4 tbsp milk separately
- take 2 tbsp CUSTARD POWDER in a bowl
- and add the separately removed milk to it
- and stir well to avoid any lumps
- do not add the custard powder directly into the hot pan of milk, otherwise you will end up having lumps in your pan,
- add the custard mixture to the warm milk and stir continuously
- the consistency will thicken
- add 3-4 tbsp SUGAR ( according to your sweetness)
- switch off the flame and let it cool down
- after the custard is cooled enough, add fruits and dry fruits
- or make a layer of custard, fruits & dry fruits
- SERVE CHILLED!
