INGREDIENTS:
RICE

1 & ½ CUP

BANANA

COCONUT(optional)

1/2 CUP

METHOD:
- RINSE/WASH/SOAK RICE IN WATER FOR 3/4 HRS OR OVER NIGHT
- REMOVE THE RICE FROM THE WATER
- IN A MIXER, GRIND THE SOAKED RICE, COCONUT & SALT,
- ADD 1/2 CUP WATER TO THE MIXER & GRIND INTO A PASTE
- ADD BANANAS
- AND GRIND IT INTO A FINE PASTE
- BATTER SHOULD BE THICK
- TRANSFER THE BATTER TO A CONTAINER
- ADD 2-3 TBSP WATER TO THE BATTER & MIX WELL
- PLACE THE BATTER ASIDE FOR FERMENTATION FOR 3/4 HOURS
- AFTER THE BATTER IS WELL FERMENTED
- HEAT A PAN, POUR LARGE SPOONFUL OF BATTER ON THE PAN
- ONCE YOU SEE THE BUBBLES RISE, SPRINKLE OIL OVER THE DOSA
- AFTER A MIN, FLIP THE DOSA AND
- LET IT COOK FOR ANOTHER 1 MIN ON THE PAN
- OUR DOSA IS READY TO SERVE
