- in a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee,
- once the ghee is hot enough, add chopped figs, chopped apricots, chopped raisins and chopped dates,
- roast and keep mixing for about 7-8 mins until all the mixture turns mushy in texture,
- once the mixture is soft and mushy, turn off the flame and set it aside to cool down,
- now, in a blender, add bengal gram, peanuts, almonds cashews and walnuts,
- blend it into a coarse powder,
- now in another pan, roast khas khas for 1 min and set it aside to cool down
- now, after the dry fruit mushy mixture cool down, add 3 tbsp of jaggery and mix everything well together,
- now add the powdered nut mixture and combine everything well together,
- start making ladoo from the mixture and coat it with khas khas
- DRY FRUIT LADOO IS READY,
