HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS TO EAT DRY FRUITS LADOO RECIPE

METHOD:

  1. in a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee,
  2. once the ghee is hot enough, add chopped figs, chopped apricots, chopped raisins and chopped dates,
  3. roast and keep mixing for about 7-8 mins until all the mixture turns mushy in texture,
  4. once the mixture is soft and mushy, turn off the flame and set it aside to cool down,
  5. now, in a blender, add bengal gram, peanuts, almonds cashews and walnuts,
  6. blend it into a coarse powder,
  7. now in another pan, roast khas khas for 1 min and set it aside to cool down
  8. now, after the dry fruit mushy mixture cool down, add 3 tbsp of jaggery and mix everything well together,
  9. now add the powdered nut mixture and combine everything well together,
  10. start making ladoo from the mixture and coat it with khas khas
  11. DRY FRUIT LADOO IS READY,
