Bhrami leaves chutney - Ondelaga chutney - healthy chutney recipe

Healthy Ondegala or Brahmi leaves chutney recipe, made with ondelaga or brahmi leaves. Healthy to eat and is delicious as well.




INGREDIENTS:

  1. Brahmi Leaves - 1 cup
  2. Coconut - 1/4th cup
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Garlic - 3
  5. Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
  6. Green Chilli - 1 or more
  7. Jaggery - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - 1/2 tsp

METHOD:

  • In a mixer, add chopped brahmi leaves,
  • add coconut, cumin seeds, green chilli, jaggery, salt, garlic and lemon juice
  • now, add 3-4 tbsp water and blend into thick paste like consistency
  • healthy BRAHMI LEAVES / ONDELAGA CHUTNEY recipe is ready to serve.
