INSTANT MAWA/KHOYA FROM MILK POWDER
INGREDIENTS:
- GHEE/BUTTER - 2 tbsp
- MILK - 1/2 cup
- MILK POWDER - 1 cup
METHOD
- Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of GHEE/BUTTER
- add 1/2 cup of MILK
- and 1 cup of MILK POWDER
- milk everything well together, until well combined,
- keep mixing the mixture on low flame for 4-5 mins
- after 5 mins our instant mawa/khoya is ready to use.
