INSTANT MAWA/KHOYA FROM MILK POWDER




INGREDIENTS:

  1. GHEE/BUTTER - 2 tbsp
  2. MILK - 1/2 cup
  3. MILK POWDER - 1 cup


METHOD
  • Heat a pan, add 2 tbsp of GHEE/BUTTER
  • add 1/2 cup of MILK
  • and 1 cup of MILK POWDER
  • milk everything well together, until well combined,
  • keep mixing the mixture on low flame for 4-5 mins
  • after 5 mins our instant mawa/khoya is ready to use.
