INGREDIENTS:

  1. MAWA - 1 CUP
  2. SUGAR - 3 TSP OR 1/2 CUP (IF MAWA IS NOT SWEET)




METHOD:
  • In a container, add 1/2 cup of mawa, few drops of yellow food colour and 1 and 1/2 tsp of sugar 
  • mix all the ingredients well together, until the colour and sugar are well combined into the mawa,
  • add 1/2 cup of mawa, few drops of red food colour and 1 and 1/2 tsp of sugar 

  • again mix all the ingredients well together, until the colour and sugar are well combined into the mawa,
  • in a modak mould, sprinkle some sugar powder on the modak mould, so that the mawa does not sticks to the mould,
  • take small amount of the mawa mixture and stuff it into the modak mould,
  • repeat the same process for the rest of the mawa mixture.

               OATS & PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKE OATS                        - 90 GRAMS EGG (WHOLE)        - 1 EGG (WHITE)          - 1 PEANUT BUTTER - 1 TBSP HONEY                    - 1 TBSP MILK                        - 1 TBSP SALT METHOD In a container, add oats ( powdered ) add 1 whole egg and 1 egg white add 1 or 2 tbsp peanut butter add 1 tbsp honey/stevia/sugarfree/sugar for some sweetness add 1 tbsp milk and pinch of salt mix the batter well into a thick consistency add more milk if the batter is too thick heat a pan and add 1 large spoonful of the batter, until brown in colour This recipe is high in protein, healthy and a great option for breakfast.
