COCONUT CHUTNEY WITH TADKA - by AroundTheKitchen



INGREDIENTS:

  1. COCONUT - 1 CUP
  2. GINGER - 4 SMALL PIECES
  3. GARLIC - 4
  4. URAD DAL (ROASTED) - 1 TBSP
  5. GREEN CHILLI - 2
  6. SALT
       FOR TADKA:
  1. OIL - 1 TBSP
  2. MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
  3. RED CHILLI - 1
  4. CURRY LEAVES - 5/6

METHOD:

FOR CHUTNEY: - 
  1. In a Mixer, add COCONUT
  2. add GINGER & GARLIC CLOVES
  3. add URAD DAL (ROASTED)
  4. add Green Chillies
  5. and finally add salt according to your taste
FOR TADKA:-
  1. heat 1 tbsp oil
  2. add 1 tsp MUSTARD SEEDS
  3. once the mustard seeds starts spluttering, add 1 RED CHILLI,
  4. finally add CURRY LEAVES,
  5. AND POUR THE TADKA OVER THE CHUTNEY.
OUR CHUTNEY IS READY TO SERVE WITH IDLI/DOSA!
