Gajar ka halwa - गाजर का हलवा
INGREDIENTS:

- CARROTS (grated) - 3 cups
- GHEE - 2 TBSP
- SUGAR & CARDAMOM POWDER - 5 TBSP
- WATER - 2 TBSP
METHOD:
- In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of ghee,
- once the ghee is melted, add grated carrots,
- cook for 4/5 mins on low-medium flame until the raw smell from carrots go away,
- after 4/5 mins, add 2 tbsp of water or milk & sugar and cardamom powder,
- mix everything well together
- cover with a lid and cook for another 3/4 mins,
- after 3/4 mins, add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well
- now cook the halwa until the mixture turns a little dry,
- once the mixture looks dry, switch off the flame and garnish it with dry fruits of your choice,
- GAJAR KA HALWA IS READY TO SERVE!!
