Ingredients: I) Dry ingredients: - All Purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup - Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional) - Salt - 2 pinch - Baking Powder – 1 tsp - Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp - Walnuts - 1/4 cup (chopped) II) Wet ingredients: - Brown sugar - 1/4 cup (if you don't have brown sugar, you can use white granulated sugar). - White granulated (powdered) sugar - 2 tbsp (add sugar as per you taste and considering the sweetness of the bananas) - Vegetable Oil - 1/4 cup - Yogurt - 1/4 cup - Vanilla Essence – 1/4 tsp (optional) - Banana (ripe) - 2 Method : -Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. -Line the cake mould/ baking tin with parchment /butter paper (or you can also grease & flour the baking tin). -In a bowl mix sugar, oil and yogurt till the sugar dissolves. -Then add the vanilla essence and mashed bananas and mix to combine. - Sieve the all-purpose flour (maida) and mix/ fold in gently with the wet mixture. -Now add the flour coated walnu...

Ingredients we need to make soft and puffy wheat puri are: 1. Wheat flour - 1 cup, 2. Salt - 1/4th tsp 3. Water - 3/4th cup 4. Oil - 1 tbsp. Method to prepare dough: 1. Take 1 cup of wheat flour and 1/4th tsp salt, 2. combine the salt into the flour well, 3. now, add water into the flour as per required and knead the dough well, 4. once the dough is well kneaded, add oil into the dough and knead for another minute until well incorporated, 5. Now let the dough rest for a few mins (5/10 mins) 6, after 5/10 mins, take small portions of the dough and make puris, 7. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the puri, 8. Keep the flame on medium/high flame, 9. once the oil is hot enough, slowly put the puri into the oil to deep fry, 10. press the top of the puri to make it puffy, 11. TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE IN PRESSURE COOKER

INGREDIENTS : MAIDA - 1 & 1/2 cup BAKING POWDER - 1 tsp SALT - a pinch CURD - 1/2 cup OIL - 1/2 cup SUGAR - 1 cup VANILLA ESSENCE - 1/4th tsp METHOD: In a bowl, take desired amount of tutti frutti and coat the tutti frutti with 2 tbsp of maida and keep it aside, in another bowl, add maida, baking powder and salt and combine everything well together, in a separate bowl, add curd, oil and sugar and combine everything well together, now add  the wet ingredient mixture to the dry ingredients and add vanilla essence and combine until it forms into a thick batter, now add the maida coated tutti frutti into the cake batter and combine the tutti frutti with the batter, grease the cake mould well and add the cake batter in the cake mould, tap the cake mould to release air bubbles, preheat the cooker for 10 mins  place the cooker plate inside the cooker, remove the ring from the cooker lid and cooker whistle too, now place the cake mould in the press...

This is an easy and simple cake recipe, which is eggless and there is no use of curd or milk in this. INGREDIENTS: MAIDA/FLOUR - 1 cup SUGAR - 3/4th cup/more (according to your sweetness) COCOA POWDER - 1/4th cup BAKING POWDER - 1 tsp OIL - 1/2 cup Water - 1 cup (room temperature) METHOD: Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins In a bowl, add MAIDA, SUGAR, COCOA POWDER & BAKING POWDER (dry ingredients) mix all the dry ingredients well together, now add OIL & WATER (wet ingredients) into our dry ingredients mixture and combine well together into a cake batter, the consistency of the cake batter should be thick, now grease the cake tin with oil & flour/butter paper, pour the cake batter on the cake tin bake the cake at 180 degree for 30/35 mins, until a tooth pick comes out clean, OUR MOIST AND DELICIOUS EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE IS READY!!

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHOCO CHIP COOKIE : BUTTER - 80 grams SUGAR - 3/4th cup MAIDA/FLOUR - 2 cups BAKING POWDER  - 1/2 tsp CHOCO CHIPS - as required METHOD: Preheat the oven for 10 mins on 180 degree, In a bowl, add butter and sugar, mix butter and sugar together until it becomes light in colour and texture, now add maida/flour and baking powder, mix until well combined and makes a dough like texture, add choco chips and mix now make small balls from the dough and place it on the baking tray  add choco chips on the top of the dough and press lightly, bake the cookies for 15/18 mins on 180 degree. OUR CHOCO CHIP COOKIES ARE READY TO SERVE!!!

Gajar ka halwa - गाजर का हलवा

                                              Gajar ka halwa -    गाजर का हलवा    INGREDIENTS: CARROTS (grated) - 3 cups GHEE - 2 TBSP SUGAR & CARDAMOM POWDER - 5 TBSP WATER - 2 TBSP METHOD: In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of ghee, once the ghee is melted, add grated carrots, cook for 4/5 mins on low-medium flame until the raw smell from carrots go away, after 4/5 mins, add 2 tbsp of water or milk & sugar and cardamom powder, mix everything well together cover with a lid and cook for another 3/4 mins, after 3/4 mins, add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well now cook the halwa until the mixture turns a little dry, once the mixture looks dry, switch off the flame and garnish it with dry fruits of your choice, GAJAR KA HALWA IS READY TO SERVE!!
