Wheat Poori recipe

Ingredients we need to make soft and puffy wheat puri are:
1. Wheat flour - 1 cup,
2. Salt - 1/4th tsp
3. Water - 3/4th cup
4. Oil - 1 tbsp.



Method to prepare dough:
1. Take 1 cup of wheat flour and 1/4th tsp salt,
2. combine the salt into the flour well,
3. now, add water into the flour as per required and knead the dough well,
4. once the dough is well kneaded, add oil into the dough and knead for another minute until well incorporated,
5. Now let the dough rest for a few mins (5/10 mins)
6, after 5/10 mins, take small portions of the dough and make puris,
7. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the puri,
8. Keep the flame on medium/high flame,
9. once the oil is hot enough, slowly put the puri into the oil to deep fry,
10. press the top of the puri to make it puffy,
11. Our soft and puffy puris are ready to serve,
