Oreo Cake in Cooker

1. In a bowl, add 1/4th cup curd, 2 Tbsp oil, Sugar - 1/2 cup and few drops of vanilla Essence. Mix everything well together. 2. Now add 1 and 1/2 cup Maida, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Now add 3/4th cup milk and Mix all ingredients well together.  3. Break few oreo biscuits into pieces. 4. In a grease baking mould, add half of the cake batter and put few oreos over it. Pour over rest of the cake batter and tap the mould to release air bubbles. 5. Bake the cake in cooker on low flame for 35 mins or until knife comes out clean.  Do not put cooker lid or whistles.  6. After the cake is baked, let it cool down and cut it into layers. 7. Now place a bowl and add 1 cup whipping cream. Place an ice bowl below the whipping cream bowl to keep the cream chilled. 8. Whip for 5 to 6 mins until peaks form. 9. Now sprinkle sugar and water mixture over each cake layer and pipe with whipped cream, 10. Take some part of the whipped cream and add cruahed ore

Mango Achar - Mango Pickle

Youtube video -  click here Full recipe of Mango Achar - Mango Pickle 1. Take 500 grams of raw mango and chop them into small pieces.  2. In a bowl, add the chopped pieces and add 1 tbsp Salt and toss or mix well to coat well. 3. In a glass jar, add salt coated mango and around 5 tbsp salt, layer each. Make sure the jar is fully dry. 4. Now cover the glass jar and leave it aside for 2 or 3 days. 5. After few days, water will release from raw mango, drain the excess water in another bowl. Add 3 cups of water in the excess water and boil the salt water until half in quantity.  6. For Masala,        Roast 1 tsp meeting for 1 min on low flame,  Add 3 tbsp rai, 3 tbsp kashmiri red hilli and 2 tbsp chilli powder and roast well for 1 min on low flame. Set it aside to cool down. 7. Now grind the masala mixture into fine powder. 8. In another pan,     heat 2 tbsp oil,      Add 1 tsp rai,     Add 12 to 15 chopped garlic and fry,     Add curry leaves,      Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder,     Mix well

Mango Smoothie

To make thick Mango Smoothie you only need 3 ingredients: Mango - 1 Curd - 4Tbsp (remove excess water from curd) and Cream - 2 tbsp Youtube video -  Click here We will not add sugar, since Mango is already sweet. You can add sugar, if u need. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer or juicrr and your thick Mango Milkshake is ready to drink.

Add sliced garlic and fry for 1 min, 4. Add chopped garlic (4 to 5) and chopped curry leaves (6-7), 5. Add Mushroom and fry until water releases,  6. Add salt as per taste and add pepper powder,  7. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 mins and delicious Mushroom fry is ready to eat.

Add 3 to 4 tbsp sugar, as more if you like it to be more sweet. Remember, ripe banana is already sweet, 3. Add 2 tbsp curd, this helps to keep the buns soft, 4. In another bowl, add 1 cup maida, 5. Add 1 tbsp jeera, 1/2 tsp soda and 1/4th Tsp salt and mix into the flour, 6. Now add the mashed banana mixture to the flour and knead into soft dough, 7. Add more maida, if needed, 8. Keep the dough aside for minimum 8 hours, 9. After 8 hours, take small portion of the dough ball and roll into small thick puri, 10. Fry the puri In oil on medium flame, 11. Fry on both sides until brown in colour. 12. Our delicious banana bread is ready to serve.

Youtube video link -  Youtube recipe link 1. In a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee, 2. Fry dry fruits in ghee until light brown in colour, 3. In other pan, heat 4 cups of water, 4. After the water boils, add 1 cup of soaked sabudana and cook for 5 to 6 mins on low to medium flame, 5. Add the leftover puran mixture and mix well until well combined, 6. Add 3/4th cup of jaggery syrup, 7. Note that puran mixture already has sweet, 8. Add a pinch of salt and cook for another 5 mins on medium flame,  9. Add 1 cup of thick coconut milk and cardamom powder and turn off the gas, 10. Cover with a lid for 10 mins and top it up with dry fruits to serve.

Puran Poli recipe

PURAN POLI RECIPE 1. Soak 1 cup Channa dal for 5 to 6 hours, 2. In a cooker, add soaked channa dal, ghee (1tsp) and Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp), cook for 4 whistles until dal is soft and mushy,  3. In a pan, add cooked dal, Jaggery (1 cup), Cardamom and sugar powder (1ssp) and Nutmeg powder (1/2 tsp),  4. Cook and keep mashing the puran mixture until dry and well combined. Takes around 7 to 8 mins. 5. Put in mixer and grind to make fine paste, 6. FOR DOUGH - take Maida (1 and 1/2 cup) and wheat flour (1/2 cup), salt (pinch), Turmeric (1/4th TSP) and Oil (2 tbsp), 7. Knead into soft dough and apply oil over the ready dough and set it aside for min 30 mins, 8. After 30 mins, knead the dough again and make small dough balls, 9. Stuff the pirqn mixture in the dough and make small thin chapati, 10. Cook on both sides for 30-40 seconds on medium flame,  11. Serve with Ghee and enjoy.
